This morning we popped to Tricase, a village near to the villa we have rented for the week to do food shopping.
We had a wander round and had a lovely lunch by the Cathedral.
Its a tiny place but our Airbnb hosts have recommended a few eateries here so we will probably be back during the week.
We have rented a villa in Tiggiano through AirBnB for a week. The listing is here if you’re interested – we would recommend it, if you’re in the area.
It’s just perfect for what we needed, definitely going to get some rest here.
Set in enclosed gardens of 4,000 square metres, Meg can’t believe the amount of freedom she has and though we’ve only been here a few hours she is terrorising the lizards and chasing the resident stray cats – if they’d only let her say hello they’d get along fine.
I’ve been in the pool…..up to my thighs anyway and gonna try the hot tub later 
What’s great about this is the van is parked right outside so anything we need is just there, home from home.
