Our original plan was to return to Greece with the (smaller) campervan to see how we got on. The Greek’s had unfortunately introduced some fairly harsh parking regulations in an effort to combat the unwanted long-term “beach blockers” that we’ve come across.
While we understood the need, this new rule would have undoubtedly made our trip more stressful than we wanted, so we got as far as Croatia and changed our destination from Greece to Corsica and Sardinia.
We spent 2 weeks on Corsica and 3 weeks on Sardinia and 80 days away in all, covering close to 4,800 miles.
