Day 42
Kantias, Nafplio
First thing in the morning Meg and I took a walk to the nearest mini market for supplies. Not as successful as I’d hoped but we did get some steps in while it was still relatively cool. The views were amazing.
Day 42 was mostly spent watching the coronation
. Gareth took the opportunity to catch up on work while I fed him useful bits of info from the telly
.

Once the crowning was over, we took Meg for a play on the beach. She and Gareth enjoyed some more swimming ( we’re still in awe of her little achievement) while I watched like the doting wife and dog parent
.

Early evening we tried the onsite bar for a nice cool sangria as we watched the sun set.
The big orange slice in my glass suddenly slopped forward as I was taking a sip and the sangria poured all around my mouth and down my front! What was more annoying was that it meant I was now attraction numero uno to all the little fruit flies
plus, my lovely peach coloured top was stained!

A hasty retreat was sounded and said peachy top doused in cold water. Not a very successful end to the day.
